RFQs can now be created and managed in multiple languages. Buyers can select the language (Turkish or English) for their RFQ, and all chat sessions, email communications, and interface elements will be displayed in the selected language. This feature enables seamless collaboration with international suppliers and team members.

Each RFQ has its own language setting that applies to all chat interactions, supplier communications, and system messages. The language preference is preserved throughout the RFQ lifecycle, ensuring consistent multilingual support for all participants.

A powerful evaluation table that displays all supplier proposals side-by-side, making it easy to compare quotes across different suppliers. The table shows item-level pricing, delivery details, and additional information for each supplier, enabling buyers to make informed decisions quickly. The table automatically updates when suppliers submit new proposals or revise existing ones.

Proposal table data is intelligently cached to ensure fast loading times and consistent display. The system automatically regenerates the comparison table whenever suppliers update their quotes, ensuring buyers always have the most current information for evaluation.

RFQs now support dynamic additional fields that can capture any extra information needed for the quotation request. These fields are flexible and can be added at both the RFQ level and the item level, allowing buyers to specify custom requirements, special conditions, or any other details that don't fit into standard fields. All additional details are automatically included in supplier communications and displayed in the proposal evaluation process.

The additional fields system supports various field types and can accommodate different data formats. Suppliers can view and respond to these additional requirements in their proposal submissions, ensuring all important details are captured and communicated throughout the RFQ process.

RFQs can now include multiple items, each with its own description, quantity, unit type, and pricing requirements. Buyers can create comprehensive quotation requests that cover multiple products or services in a single RFQ, making it easier to manage complex procurement needs. Each item can have its own additional fields and specifications.

Suppliers can submit proposals with pricing and details for each individual item. The system tracks proposals at the item level, allowing for granular comparison and evaluation. Buyers can see which suppliers have quoted on which items and compare pricing across different suppliers for the same items.

Team members can now share files and documents directly within chat conversations. This feature enables seamless collaboration by allowing team members to attach relevant documents, specifications, images, or other files when discussing RFQ details. Attachments are securely stored and can be accessed by all participants in the conversation.

The system supports multiple file types and provides organized attachment management. Files uploaded in chat conversations are linked to specific chat sessions and can be easily accessed and downloaded by team members. This feature enhances collaboration by keeping all relevant documents in one place within the RFQ context.

Buyers can now add team members to RFQ chat conversations, enabling internal collaboration and discussion. Team members can be added at any time during the RFQ process, allowing multiple stakeholders to participate in discussions, share insights, and coordinate on supplier negotiations.

Users can now tag Ellie (the AI assistant) or other team members in chat messages using the @mention feature. When you tag Ellie, she will respond to your message, providing AI-powered assistance. Tagging team members notifies them and directs the conversation to them. This feature enables more structured and efficient communication within the RFQ chat.

Buyers can now add new suppliers to an RFQ directly through the chat interface. By simply mentioning suppliers in the conversation, Ellie (the AI assistant) can intelligently extract supplier information and add them to the RFQ supplier list. This feature streamlines the RFQ creation process and allows for dynamic supplier management without leaving the chat interface.

The system uses AI to identify and process supplier information mentioned in chat conversations. When suppliers are added through chat, they are automatically included in the RFQ and can receive invitation emails. This feature makes it easy to expand the supplier list as new opportunities or requirements are discovered during the RFQ process.

Buyers can create Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents with a single item, including item description, quantity, and other specifications. The system provides a comprehensive interface for managing RFQ details, status, and supplier relationships.

Buyers can send RFQs to multiple suppliers simultaneously. Each supplier receives a personalized invitation email with access to the RFQ details. The system tracks which suppliers have been invited and their response status.

After RFQ creation, buyers can interact with suppliers through dedicated chat rooms. Each supplier has their own chat room where they can discuss RFQ details, ask questions, negotiate pricing, and submit proposals. The chat interface provides a real-time communication channel for buyer-supplier collaboration.

Suppliers can submit their proposals directly through the chat interface. Once submitted, suppliers have the ability to change and revise their proposals, allowing for ongoing negotiation and price adjustments. The system tracks proposal versions and submission history, providing transparency throughout the quotation process.
